I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Maidstone town centre. The location is perfect, right in the midst of the bustling one-way system. The staff were incredibly friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed and clean, with attention to detail. Despite having three young children, including a baby, the hotel provided all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The value for money was also impressive, with prices that suited my budget.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't ask for more.

It was on the edge of the town centre, making it easy for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. the Thyme restaurant in the hotel offered a good selection of reasonably priced food, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. the room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. We also enjoyed the breakfast options, although it could be improved in terms of coffee quality.

The check-in process could have been more efficient and organized, as there were some issues with allocating the correct rooms to guests.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Affordable prices and clean rooms. the staff was friendly and helpful. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of power sockets to charge my devices were a plus.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing and overpriced. the meals at the restaurant lack freshness and quality.
